We are a non-profit organization focused on delivering reinvented solar cooking technology to families who need it the most. From underserved communities to disaster affected regions, our mission is to provide free solar ovens for safe, clean, healthy, reliable cooking without the need for fuel, fire or electricity.
Our Team
Fireball Solar Ovens was founded in 2024, born from a deeply personal turning point. After years of work and service, our founder faced the quiet loss of purpose that can come with retirement. Volunteering to help others changed that. While working with families in need and disaster-affected communities, one simple but urgent problem became clear: many people still struggle to cook a safe, hot meal without expensive fuel, electricity, or wood.
At the same time, the solution was already shining overhead—the sun. Fireball Solar Ovens was created to turn that everyday resource into real-world impact: providing free solar ovens, eliminating harmful smoke, reducing costs and environmental damage, and helping families stay fed during outages and crises. Every oven we give away represents more than technology—it represents dignity, resilience, and hope.
