In separate dish
1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp pepper. Wet fingers with water, cover with flour and rub flour bits off back in flour. In separate dish 2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper, Salt and pepper chicken, dredge in flour, dredge in egg, dredge in flour.
Heat oil and fry 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6 INCH SOLAR APPLE PIE
2 cups Granny Smith apple in 1 inch chunks, ready made pie crust. Mix 1/8 cup sugar, 1 Tblsp flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, Pinch of salt,
Oil 6 inch pie pan add crust and rub 1/8 tsp cinnamon on sides and bottom, add filling and put 3 tbsp butter on top of filling. Rub 1/8 tsp cinnamon to underside of top crust. Add top crust to pie, add 2 tbsp half&half around edges, add 1/8 more cinnamon around edges and cut steam vents. Bake for 35 minutes.
SOLAR BOILD EGGS
Place room temperature water and eggs in solar cooker. Bring to a boil (about 22 minutes), remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.

2 cups flour, 1 cups warm water, Pkg yeast, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt. Dissolve yeast in the water Wait 5 minutes. add flour, salt and sugar and mix. Add just enough flour till dough comes away from sides but not bottom. Cover with towel and let rise till double.
Punch down and put in buttered baking pan, Brush top with butter and slit with razor. Let rise again.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

PORK RIB RUB
1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp ground rosemary. Rub ribs and let stand over night in refrigerator. Boil in water for 40 minutes.
PORK RIB ROAST WITH BARBEQUE SAUCE

Roll into 1 inch meatballs and brown but don’t cook through.

How it works
Our solar oven employs a pair of glass shells that mate together (e.g., via a gasket) to form a spherical oven that holds a vessel and material to be heated or cooked. Each glass shell has a transparent outer wall, an inner wall which is coated with a solar radiation converting material that converts UV light to heat, with a vacuum in the region between the inner and outer walls. 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast. cup warm water (110 degrees), 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/4 cup parmesan. 1/4 cup powdered milk,
Par bake crust 5 minutes, add sauce, mozzarella, peperoni and sprinkle with pixydust. (2 tbsp grated parmesan and 1/8 tsp oregano.)
Bake for 25 minute or until cheese is bubbly and edges are a little charred.
SIX 6 INCH NO YEAST PIZZA CRUSTS
Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp olive oil, Kneed 10 times rest 10 minutes. Roll out big enough to go up the side of the pan.
Par bake 5 minutes. Put sauce and toppings up the sides.
Solar bake 20-25 minutes turning every 4 minutes

FRIED UPSIDE-DOWN PARMESAN POTATOES
Cut yellow gold potatoes in half and pepper cut sides, in bowl mix 3 tbsp parmesan, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika, coat bottom of fry pan with 1 tbspolive oil and parmesan mixture, place potatoes tightly in pan, salt and pepper top, and coat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes
Cook deliciously...
